TERMS AND CONDITIONS
寄托物规定：
1、 本运单贵方交货一经开据视为贵方已阅读同意下列运输条款。广州交货，目的地仓库通知客户自提，部分线路货物运输方式依照和遵循国际货物运输条例规定。
2、 本公司依据进出国政府和海关要求随时打开货物查验，不接受液体、纯电池、粉末、军火武器及任何军用物资、易燃易爆品﹑现金﹑毒品、腐蚀和放射性物品、仿牌等未授权的侵权产品、成人用品、药品、食品、保健品等国家禁止的一切物品，发货方供应商承诺不寄仿牌等一切禁止出运的物品，一经查处发送及夹带违禁品或冲货的责任供货商自负，我司将向发货方追究责任，情况严重者或移交司法等相关部门处理。
寄件人责任：
3、 寄件人须如实、清楚地填写或告知寄托物资料。本公司不会对寄件人因隐瞒托寄物的真实性或错填、漏填、填写不清相关寄托物的资料，而导致的延误或额外费用负责。
4、 寄件人须就有达本契约的条款以及以下的承诺而导致一切本公司不承担的损失及赔偿作弥补：
（1）、寄件人承诺一切所提供的资料均属正确无误。
（2）、寄件人承诺其托寄物在准备、储藏及送货至本公司途中未受任何未经授权的干扰。
（3）、寄件人承诺其托寄物包装妥善，及已做足一切措施使托寄物安全运送。
（4）、寄件人承诺遵守一切中国出入口及关税的法律法规，不寄侵权货物等禁止出运的物品。
责任赔偿:
5、 （1）、贵方所托运物品均需自购保险或委托本公司向代理保险公司投保以此保障货物，如有遗失或损毁短少均按保险公司投保单货值及标准赔偿，对客户的其他损失或间接损失，本公司不负有赔偿责任。
（2）、未投保的普通货物若因本公司的疏忽在仓库和操作过程中意外发生遗失或毁损，需提供相关证据索赔，否则有权拒绝受理，赔付运费的二赔且不退运费，赔付方式是在下次运费中冲抵，不作现金赔付。
（3）、如有供应商客户送了或夹带了仿牌货、侵权货、危险品等禁止出运的货物，则不做任何赔偿，所有一切责任均由发货供应商自己负责。
（4）、所有运输线路货物的损失赔付金额不得高于损毁货物的货值，如损毁赔付金额高于损毁货物的货值则按货值赔付。
（5）、快件货物按照华沙公约规定赔付，每票货物赔偿最高限额为USD100, 且不退运费，发货方及供货商自行承担国际往返运费， 在发货人或收货人支付运费前，任何索赔申请不受理，声称索赔金额不得与运费相抵扣。
（6）、空海运货物在运输途中遗失或损毁按船司和航司的规定要求以及国际民航组织的规定赔付，且按船运公司规定发货人有承担共同海损的责任。
（7）、如因发货人供应商行为或过失、货物本身品质不良或数量短缺、自然损耗及货物特性等引起的损失，本公司不负赔偿责任。
（8）、如因海关和进出口所在国政府查验查扣抽检的，或因货物问题被没收和罚款 的，包括品名与货物不相符，发票及申报文件问题，清关延长时间，船期和航班原因、运输延误或交通挤塞、交通意外、地震、海啸、自然灾害、战争、动乱、罢工等不可抗力因素引起的一切纠纷不在赔付范围之内，本公司不负任何赔偿责任，贵方并必须支付此运费给本公司。
重要提示：
6、材积算法：空运. 长*宽*高/6000, 快递. 长*宽*高/5000，体积重和实重依较大者作为计费重量；海运货物体积以入仓实际测量为准，重货按重货比计体积，1CBM:450KGS,单票货物超过3吨需与我司人员另行确认费用。
7、货物内包装和外包装不良的托寄物品（尤其是陶瓷，玻璃制品，灯具等易碎物品），如发生破损及由此产生的问题，本公司不承担赔付责任；如果收货人拒付，则需发货人承担此运费和因此而发生的其他费用（包括退回运费及仓租）给予本公司。否则扣货处理，在15天内还不给出处理方案，我司自行处理该批货物。
8、我司仓库免费存放货物时间为：3天，第4天开始，收取仓租费：空运仓租费用：RMB 0.5/KG/天.海运仓租费用：RMB20.0/CBM/天 ；留仓货物仅限普通货物，仿牌、违禁品，如若留仓，任何风险，我司一概不承担，且普货最长停留时间不得超过15天；控货货物不得超过1个月，次月起收取仓储费，货物存放在我司国内仓库或国外代理仓库超过3个月仍未确认发货或提货，我司有权将货物处理抵扣仓租费用；
9、如若进仓货物出运前在仓库存放之后需要提走，而不经我司托运，本公司将自入仓之日起收取相关的仓储费，报关费及装卸费。
10、本契约条款未约定的，或本契约条款和所在进出口国相关法规及标准相冲突的，需遵循当事进出口国家相关法律法规。
11、执行本契约时发生争议，由双方及时协商解决，如协商不成，任何一方均可向相关管理机构申请调解和仲裁，或向承运方所在地人民法院提起诉讼。
12、本条款的英文译本仅供参考，如英文译本与中文译本有不同的，以中文译本为准。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery provisions：

The transportation mode of some lines shall be in accordance with the international cargo transportation regulations.
2. Our company on the basis of abroad into government and customs require to open the goods inspection at any time, don't accept liquid, pure battery, powder, Arms and any military material, inflammable and explosive goods, cash, drugs, corrosive and radioactive substances, imitation brand such as unauthorized infringement products, adult supplies, medicine, food, health care products, and other countries banned everything, The shipper and supplier promise not to send the copy goods and other prohibited goods , Once the supplier is found to be responsible for sending and carrying contraband or washing the goods, we will investigate the responsibility to the consignor, or transfer the case to the judicial and other relevant departments for handling.
Sender's responsibility:
3. The Shipper must truthfully and clearly fill in or inform the entrusted materials. Our company shall not be liable for any delay or extra cost caused by the sender's concealment of the authenticity of the consignment or any misrepresentation, omission or incompleteness of the particulars of the consignment.
4. The sender shall indemnify the company for all losses and damages not incurred by us in compliance with the terms of this Agreement and the following covenants:
(1) .The sender promises that all information provided is correct and correct.
(2) .The sender undertakes that the consignment will be prepared, stored and delivered to us without any unauthorised interference.
(3) .The sender promises that the consignment has been properly packed and that all measures have been taken to ensure its safe delivery.
(4) .The shipper promises to abide by all Chinese import, export and tariff laws and regulations, and not to send infringing goods and other prohibited goods.
Liability compensation:
5. (1).Your consigned goods are insured by yourself or you entrust our company to insure the goods with the agent insurance company to protect the goods. In case of loss or damage or shortage, the compensate for the value as per the standard of the insurance company. Our company is not liable for compensation.
(2) If the uninsured general goods are accidentally lost or damaged in the warehouse and operation process due to the negligence of the Company, relevant evidence shall be provided to claim for compensation, otherwise, the company has the right to refuse to accept the claim and pay the second compensation of freight without refunding the freight. The compensation shall be offset from the next freight instead of cash payment.
(3) If any supplier or customer sends or enloads counterfeit goods, infringing goods, dangerous goods and other prohibited goods, it will not make any compensation, and all responsibility shall be borne by the supplier.
(4) The amount payable for loss of goods on all routes shall not be greater than the value of the damaged goods, or if the damage is greater than the value of the damaged goods, it shall be paid on the basis of the value of the goods.
(5) Express goods shall be reimbursed in accordance with the Provisions of Warsaw Convention, the maximum amount of compensation shall be USD100 per shipment, and the freight shall not be refunded. The consignor and the supplier shall bear the international round-trip freight by themselves. Any claim application shall not be accepted before the consignor or consignee pays the freight, and the claim amount shall not be deducted from the freight.
(6) In the event of loss or damage to the air or sea cargo in transit, compensation shall be payable in accordance with the regulations of the shipowner and the regulations of the International Civil Aviation Organization and the shipper shall be liable for general average according to the regulations of the shipping company.
(7) The company shall not be liable for any loss caused by the behavior or fault of the shipper or supplier, poor quality or shortage of the goods themselves, natural wear and tear and characteristics of the goods.
(8) If the customs and the government of the country where the import and export are carried out check and random inspection, or the goods are confiscated and fined due to problems, including inconsistency between the name of the goods and the goods, problems with invoices and declaration documents, and prolonged customs clearance time, All disputes caused by force majeure factors such as shipping schedule and flight, transportation delay or traffic congestion, traffic accident, earthquake, tsunami, natural disaster, war, unrest, strike and so on are not within the scope of compensation, our company will not be liable for any compensation, and you must pay the freight to our company.
Important note:
6. Volume algorithm: air freight. L * W * H /6000, express. Length * width * height /5000, volume weight and real weight shall be calculated according to the larger weight; The volume of sea cargo shall be subject to the actual measurement in the warehouse, and the volume of heavy cargo shall be calculated according to the ratio of heavy cargo, 1CBM:450KGS. The cost of a single cargo exceeding 3 tons shall be separately confirmed with our company personnel.
7. The company will not be liable for any damage or problems caused by the unpacking of goods (especially fragile goods such as ceramics, glass products, lamps and lanterns). If the consignee refuses to pay, the shipper shall bear the freight and any other expenses incurred thereby (including return freight and warehouse rent) to us. Otherwise, if the processing scheme is not provided within 15 days, we will deal with the goods by ourselves.
8. The free storage time of the goods in our warehouse is 3 days. From the 4th day, the warehouse rental fee will be charged: Air freight warehouse rental fee: RMB 0.5/KG/ day. Shipping space rent: RMB20.0/CBM/ day; The goods kept in the warehouse are only general goods, imitation brand and contraband, if kept in the warehouse, our company will not bear any risk, and the maximum stay time of general goods shall not exceed 15 days; The controlled goods shall not exceed 1 month, and the storage fee will be charged from the next month. If the goods are stored in our domestic warehouse or foreign agent warehouse for more than 3 months and the goods are not confirmed to be delivered or picked up, we have the right to dispose of the goods and deduct the warehouse rent.
9. If the incoming goods need to be picked up after being stored in the warehouse before shipment but not consigned by us, we will charge related storage charges, customs clearance charges and handling charges from the date of warehousing.
10. If there is no stipulation in this contract, or if the contract is in conflict with the relevant laws and standards of the importing and exporting country, the relevant laws and regulations of the importing and exporting country shall be followed.
11. Any dispute arising from the performance of this Contract shall be settled by both parties through consultation in a timely manner. If no agreement can be reached through consultation, either party may apply for mediation and arbitration to the relevant administrative authorities or file a lawsuit to the people's court in the place where the carrier is located.
12. The English version of these terms is for reference only. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
